To subscribe to our service, you must be at the legal age of 18 or above which is recognized by most countries and cultures internationally. As always parents and guardians most monitor what their children are watching and doing online at all times.
DOWNLOADING VODs & CHANNELS CONTENCE.
Using software or scripts to download our VODs (Video on Demand) or recording material from our channels and then, independently outside of our service and servers are redistributed and/or been sold for a commercial profitability is prohibited, this is a breach of the copyright holders and the copyright law act, anyone found doing this will have their account terminating immediately and without a refund.
LEGALITY OF SERVICE.
Tech stream net does not own the live channels and VODs in our service; tech stream net legally has 100% approval and accepted partnership, with our suppliers and providers for all live channels and VOD contents from the live stream data servers to your devices. We do not infringe upon the rights of any live channels. We do not infringe upon the rights of any production group producer/producers who are the true copyright owners for any programs through our service.
All content (including channels, VODs, images, logos, etc.) distributed through our services remains the exclusive property of their respective owners. Unauthorized commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.
PLAN PRICING.
We do not offer credit on any of our service plan, whichever plan you choose ex. 1 Month, 2 Months, 6 Months etc. the exact amount for that package must be made. Please make sure you pay the exact amount for the package you choose so we can honor your payment with the service.
RESTREAMING.
It is strictly prohibited to restream or redistribute our channels on other platforms. Any end-user (customer, viewer) found engaging in this practice will have their access blocked without prior notice.
SHARING LINES.
Single IP usage only: It is forbidden to sell or share a line with multiple viewers. If a line is detected connecting from multiple IP addresses, it will be suspended immediately and without prior warning.
SHARING ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
m3u File Sharing: Sharing m3u or API login code files on social media or any other public platforms is strictly prohibited. Any violation will lead to immediate suspension.
TRIAL PERIOD.
We offer a 72-hour (3 days), and a 24-hour free trial period so you can get a look and experience of our service, you can request a free trial connection if any is available at that time. After the 72-hour trial you may also get an additional 24-hour free trial. for free trials do not use temporary emails. Free trials are for first time customers who have never subscribed to us and have never tried our service before.
We also have the 144-hour (6-days) trial for just $5.00 for an extended trial period, and for those of you who may want to be cautious before making a monthly subscription, however we want to ensuring you don't need to be cautious with us, what you pay for is what you will get.
The 144-hour trial works by a 27-hour set of login codes in which you will get 2 set of login codes, after 72-hours when one set of login codes expires, simply type in the second login codes for another 72- hour time period.
Unlike the 72-hour and 24-hour free trials, the 144-hour (6 days) trials are unlimited and anyone can subscribe to them at any time.
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Although our live stream servers are highly reliable, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure 100% of the time, also whereas any major widespread disasters may occur.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. You only may be able to get a refund if the service is down for an extended period, see our "Refund Policy".
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or access to the service for violations of these terms stated above or any other reason deemed necessary, without prior notice or liability.13. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use stated above constitute the entire agreement between you and the service regarding the use of the services and supersede any prior agreements.
